Terms & Conditions
Card Use
2.1. The Card is to be used solely for the purchase of fuel and other authorised vehicle-related services at participating locations.
2.2. The Card must not be used for personal or non-authorised purchases.
2.3. The Card remains the property of Amico Business Solutions Limited and must be returned upon request.

Security
3.1. The Cardholder is responsible for the safe custody of the Card.
3.2. In the event of loss, theft or unauthorised use, the Cardholder must notify Amico Business Solutions Limited immediately.
3.3. Do not write or display personal details, including PINs, names, or addresses, on the back of the Card or in any way that may compromise your personal security. We strongly recommend not putting any personal or identifying information on the Card.
Liability
4.1. The Cardholder will be liable for unauthorised transactions if the Card is not used in accordance with these T&Cs.
Card Cancellation & Expiry
5.1. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse renewal of the Card at our discretion.
5.2. Expired Cards must not be used and should be destroyed securely.
Amendments
6.1. We reserve the right to update these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of the Card following any amendments indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Surcharged Sites
7.1. Some fuel stations or service sites may apply a surcharge when the Card is used.
7.2. These surcharges are determined by the individual site operators and are outside the control of Amico Business Solutions Limited
7.3. Cardholders are responsible for checking if a surcharge applies before completing a transaction.
7.4. Any applicable surcharges will be added to the total transaction amount and invoiced accordingly.
